Large Red Colander
There are so many things that you need a good colander for. Even if you prepare more salads than actually cook, our large red colander is the perfect addition to your selection of kitchen utensils. There's nothing worse than having the wrong size colander for your needs. Then, you're stuck either wasting some of your food down the drain or you have to figure out another way to drain the water. Make your life easier and instead get a durable option that you can rely on. Ours is perfect for washing lettuce, fruits, vegetables, draining pasta, potatoes, and more. One of the fears of some is that their plastic colanders will melt under the pressure, literally, but with our large red colander made of silicone, you don't have to worry about that. This is a durable option that is stick-resistant and won't melt under the pressure. When you're done cooking or draining, just hand wash or put it in the dishwasher for easy clean-up.

I was so pleased with this large thicker-quality silicone colander that I later ordered a second one! I can drain boiling-hot pasta in it without worrying about it collapsing or leeching hot toxic metal into the pasta (even stainless steel has a high percent of toxic nickel) or worrying about the unhealthy chemicals that are released by plastic colanders (especially with hot or acidic foods). Great for rinsing/draining & storing washed fruit in the refrig, too. (Btw, their silicone steamer's LID can be used to top this as well.) Collapses to occupy very little space. Would be great if they'd make a smaller side-kick version of this, too--or maybe even a super "set" of 3 sizes (like in their "Collapsible Food Storage Container Set").
Large Red Colander
This colander works great for washing my vegetables and fruits. I also use it for draining spaghetti. I love that I can fold it up to store it.
I received the product very quickly. Thank you!
I love the red silicone colander that came as a freebie with my versa-pots! I use it daily now, and prefer it over my old metal one. Thanks for the great gift and for introducing me to it! Now… you need to make a steamer I can put in my versa pots!
