Baked Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip

Baked Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip

|| 5 MIN READ

2 blocks full-fat cream cheese, softened
2 cups fresh cranberries (thawed and drained if frozen)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup orange juice (fresh is best!)
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pinch salt
Crackers, bread, or veggies for serving

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease your baking dish.

2. In a small skillet, combine cranberries, sugar, orange juice, orange zest,
vanilla extract, and salt. Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring
occasionally, until cranberries burst and the mixture thickens. Let it cool
slightly.

3. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Spread it
evenly in your baking dish.

4. Pour the cranberry sauce over the cream cheese, spreading it out to cover
the surface. Swirl it together for a decorative touch.

5. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until the edges are bubbly and the cranberry
topping is slightly caramelized.

6. Let the dip cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm with crackers, baguette, or
veggies.
