Our Forever Replacement Program covers all Xtrema ceramic cookware, bakeware, and tea kettles. We stand by the quality and durability of our products, and this program is a testament to our commitment to your satisfaction. Lids and accessories are excluded from the replacement program.
We are also dedicated to environmental sustainability. When you have a broken or damaged ceramic item that needs replacement, please consider the environment. In many areas, ceramic materials can be recycled and repurposed. We encourage you to check with your local recycling centers for appropriate disposal methods. There is no need to ship the damaged product back to us, making the process eco-friendly.
You might wonder if you can receive more than one replacement. The answer is yes. Each customer can receive more than one product replacement. Your first replacement is complimentary. Subsequent replacements will be available to you at a 30% discount off the full retail price. Please note that any local shipping charges for replacements will be the customer's responsibility.
