XTREMA 10-YEAR WARRANTY
Covers products purchased directly from our website or certified retailer.
We take great pride in crafting high-quality cookware, bakeware, and accessories. All of our products are made to last and for ultimate performance. Before using your new Xtrema cookware or bakeware, please read the Use and Care instructions. Failure to comply with these instructions could invalidate the warranty.
Xtrema Pure Ceramic Cookware and Bakeware is handcrafted, which makes each piece unique. Minor imperfections, surface markings, and slight color variations are normal. However, if you find that your cookware is defective, we'll replace it with the same product free of charge. If the product is unavailable, we'll replace it with a similar one of equal value.
What is Covered Under the Xtrema 10-year Warranty
We do not issue refunds for warranty claims. We offer replacements for the following:
- ALL XTREMA COOKWARE
- BAKEWARE
- TEAWARE
- Faulty craftsmanship or materials when the product is used under normal conditions following the care and use instructions provided.
Xtrema stands behind the quality of our products. But, to guarantee the life of your product, you must follow the care and use instructions provided. Damage due to misuse or neglect will invalidate the warranty. Here is a helpful list of what is not covered under Xtrema's 10-year warranty.
What Is Not Covered Under Warranty
- Second hand purchases
- Damage resulting from negligence, improper care, boiling dry, accidents, alterations, fire, theft, misuse, or abuse.
- Commercial use of products.
- Normal wear of products, including scratches, stains, discoloration, corrosion, or damage from overheating to the interior or exterior of the pan.
- Ceramic covers or lids.
- Consequential damage is expressly excluded from this warranty.
Lifetime Replacement Program for Non-Warranty Coverage:
Accidents are a part of life, and we understand that. The good news is, we've got you covered. We offer a lifetime replacement program, and the best part is, your first replacement is complimentary. You can find more information about this program on our Forever Replacement page.
To Initiate a Warranty Claim:
- Create a new support ticket or email us at support@xtrema.com.
- Provide your 1- full name, 2- order ID number, 3- digital photos of the damaged Xtrema product/s, including the label on the bottom, and 4- your delivery address.
If breakage occurs, please take photos and do not discard until confirmed by our support team. Accidental breakage from impact is not covered by warranty, see our Forever Replacement page
Note on Use in Rental Properties
Please be advised that the use of Xtrema Pure Ceramic Cookware in rental properties such as AirBnB, VRBO, or other short-term rental arrangements will void this warranty. Our warranty is intended for the original purchaser and for personal use only. Using the cookware in rental properties exposes it to conditions outside of normal personal use, which can lead to increased wear and damage.
