I purchased a 7" signature skillet and a 3.5 qt saucepan. I have nickel sensitivity, so I wanted to try an alternative to stainless steel. I use the skillet everyday for 2 scrambled eggs cooked in butter (it fits up to 4 eggs with limited room to flip around), and I'm usually able to achieve an almost totally nonstick result. And when I don't get the nonstick effect quite right, the skillet cleans up so easily. I just soak it in dawn soap and hot water for a few minutes and then scrap it with a plastic scraper before washing.
The saucepan is large for 3.5qt. I wish they offered 3 qt, but I still love it. Way lighter than an enamel coated cast iron pot! And the handles on both of these products are PERFECT. Definitely get the cotton handle cover too!

I've had wooden utensils all my life, and these are by far the nicest ones I've used. They feel great in the hand and are super easy to clean. I also love the variety of this set and that they come with a holder!

This order was a replacement under warranty for the pan I purchased 11 months ago. I absolutely would buy these pots and pans again, during major sales (eg. Black Friday sale).
Pros: Does not leach metals like stainless steel. Does not leach chemicals like non-stick options. Best option, imo, outside of cast iron. Unlike cast iron, handle stays cool on stove top (providing the handle is not directly above a hot, uncovered burner).
Neutral: Cooking methods are similar to stainless steel. Hot pan, cold oil. Exception, must thaw meat.
Cons: Additional time is needed for cooking. I will say it again, Additional time is needed for cooking. It is necessary to pre-heat the pots and pans on low. (ie.Turn on low, wait to preheat, then crank temp up to medium, wait to preheat, then add thawed meat (never frozen), etc). They also take longer to heat food. Which is the flip side of having a cool handle. Soup for instance will take additional time to heat the added liquid, then heat the sides of the pan.
Notes: These pots and pans are NOT as durable as Steel or Iron. However, I did not list this as a con. Because I am accident prone. Despite handling these with care, I still manage to hit one on the counter edge and dropped a bowl on another. Praise God, non of my pans have chipped or cracked due to this. So I would say they are durable enough. Still take care to not drop or hit them as they are ceramic. But in my experience they are not entirely fragile either.
Metal cannot be used to cook or clean on these pans. I did not list this as a con as bamboo or silicone can be used to cook. For cleaning I soak the pan in hot water (take care to warm the pan if your hot water tank is cranked up to scalding as mine is). Then use a plastic free stiff bristle brush. Sometimes I use a little baking soda or a Norwex Counter Cloth. Thus far, everything has come off with out issue.

This cookware is great! I needed to move away from stainless steel cookware and this was a great solution for me. I've had it about a year. Yes, it did take a little learning to use it and it does take a little longer to heat up compared to metal cookware but I now use that time to prep food. I felt the cost was reasonable for the pieces I purchased.

I found out my daughter has a nickel allergy so I purchased the 12 in Versa pan to cook all her food in. It’s so easy to use and to clean. I have seen a big improvement in her skin since switching the cookware (and certain foods).

I have metal sensitivities so the ceramic is perfect. I love that it is non-toxic and still gives the edge of the bread a little crustiness.

About 2 years ago I got rid of all of my stainless steel cookware and replaced it all with Xtrema Cookware and never looked back. I've seen reviews that say it is good for mild to medium heat. That is not correct the cookware I believe can withstand temps of up to 600 degrees.
I LOVE THIS COOKWARE AND AM SO GLAD I BOUGHT IT!!! Its the closest thing to perfect. I am very picky. This is excellent cookware.
