- Applies to original purchasers only and is intended for normal household use.
- Manufacturing defects are covered under the 10-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, or extreme temperature changes is not considered a manufacturing defect, but may be eligible under the replacement program.
- One complimentary replacement applies to one item per customer / household. The first complimentary replacement includes free standard shipping.
- After the first complimentary replacement, products are available at 50% off for life. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on discounted replacement orders after the first complimentary replacement.
- Cosmetic wear that does not impact use may not qualify for replacement.
- Products sold as final sale, clearance, or marked as non-warranty eligible at time of purchase are excluded.
- Xtrema reserves the right to review claims and determine eligibility based on product condition, order history, and patterns of excessive or abusive replacement requests.
