We thought it was possible, but we had our customers review us just to
make sure. Turns out, it’s true. Pure ceramic not only helps food retain its
original nutrients at high levels so it’s healthier but pure ceramic has
properties that don’t temper down flavor profiles.
Each pan is formed in a high-pressure casting mold and triple-fired at 2,500 degrees Fahrenheit, for optimal strength and durability. The result is a set of pans that is healthy and safe to use at all temperatures. When your creations are all eaten, you can pop it right in the dishwasher or scrub by hand–all without leaving a scratch.
