Fresh Herbed Artisan Bread

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 large Pasture Raised Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Sparkling Water ( we used Mountain Valley Sparkling water)
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried Rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme or oregano
  • 2 1/2 cups Almond Meal
  • 3 tablespoons Tapioca Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Gluten Free Baking Powder
  • Dash of salt we love Celtic Salt in this bread
  • Optional: Fresh Herbs for Top ( Rosemary and Thyme)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large mixing bowl whisk together all eggs
  3. Next, add in your sparkling water and whisk to combine
  4. Time to add in your garlic and herbs, stir till well combined
  5. Add measured almond meal, tapioca flour, baking powder and salt and mix everything together until everything is mixed all together evenly.
  6. Grab your Xtrema Loaf Pan and either grease or place in unbleached parchment paper for no sticking. We gave the surface and sides of the pan a light coat of avocado oil and no sticking!
  7. Once greased, spoon batter into the loaf pan and tap bottom to make it all nice and even before baking. Add fresh herbs on top now if desired.
  8. Bake in oven for 45 minutes or until cooked through, check with knife to make sure batter is fully cooked.
  9. Serve Hot with dinner or a great savory snack throughout the week!
  10. Enjoy!
