INGREDIENTS
- 6 large Pasture Raised Eggs
- 3/4 cup Sparkling Water ( we used Mountain Valley Sparkling water)
- 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried Rosemary
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme or oregano
- 2 1/2 cups Almond Meal
- 3 tablespoons Tapioca Flour
- 2 teaspoons Gluten Free Baking Powder
- Dash of salt we love Celtic Salt in this bread
- Optional: Fresh Herbs for Top ( Rosemary and Thyme)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together all eggs
- Next, add in your sparkling water and whisk to combine
- Time to add in your garlic and herbs, stir till well combined
- Add measured almond meal, tapioca flour, baking powder and salt and mix everything together until everything is mixed all together evenly.
- Grab your Xtrema Loaf Pan and either grease or place in unbleached parchment paper for no sticking. We gave the surface and sides of the pan a light coat of avocado oil and no sticking!
- Once greased, spoon batter into the loaf pan and tap bottom to make it all nice and even before baking. Add fresh herbs on top now if desired.
- Bake in oven for 45 minutes or until cooked through, check with knife to make sure batter is fully cooked.
- Serve Hot with dinner or a great savory snack throughout the week!
