Chocolate mug cake. Simple and sweet, you’ll need:
- ¼ cup flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mix dry ingredients together, then stir in the wet ingredients. Once mixed, microwave for about 2 minutes, using a toothpick to test the center.
Chocolate chip cookie.
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
- Melt the butter, add sugars and stir. Add egg and vanilla, whisk. Add the flour and baking powder, and stir. Add chocolate chips, then microwave for 1-2 minutes until the toothpick comes out clean.
Apple crisp for one.
- 1 small apple, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup oats
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Combine apples, sugar, and ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Add oats, flour, brown sugar, and rest of the cinnamon in a separate bowl. Add melted butter and stir to combine everything. Add oat mixture to the top of apples. Microwave 1-2 minutes.
