Fabulous for all things soup/stew/broth

This pot is wonderful for cooking soups, stews, broths or anything that requires quite a bit of room. The size itself is perfect (I was afraid it wouldn't be big enough, but I find it works for everything I need with ease). Due to it being made of ceramic material, the heat is incredibly even and I never encounter uneven cooking. The lid can seem like it doesn't fit snug, but I've never had an issue with moisture/steam escaping (likely due to the fact the lid is nice and heavy). Overall i would 10/10 recommend you have this pot in your collection. I know I will be ordering the even larger pot for my constant bone broth making addiction!
